Luxury Homes Market Moving

It's interesting to watch our real estate market right now. While things have slowed down compared to 2007 (which was a record breaking year) we are still seeing a great number of properties exchange hands. Click on the news section of our website for an article that ran in the Capital News last week talking about Luxury Home Sales in the Central Okanagan. There were 63 homes sell over $1 Million the first 7 months of this year compared to 71 homes in the same time frame in 2007. Looking at what listings have come on the market today, there were 24 single family homes listed: of those 6 were listed over $1 Million.
