There are 4 different types of buyers, the social animals, the sun and food traditionalists, pleasure seekers and the villagers. See below to find out what type you are:

2. Sun and Food Traditionalists
Value the esthetic aspects of life and want this reflected in their homes

3. Pleasure Seekers
Value experiences in life and all the things that help those experiences

House hunting tip: Look for homes a hot tub or pool and a games room

4. Villagers
Value convenience and are willing to sacrifice space and even comfort to be close to the things they care about

House hunting tip: look for homes close to grocery stores and that have home details such as high-quality materials and fixtures that elevate cramped quarters.
