Congratulations to Bill Bouwsema of Dutch Construction! On Saturday January 18th, 2009 he won a Gold Tommie award from Canadian Home Builders Association for a spectacular renovation he did on a Lower Mission home last year. Dutch Construction gave much consideration to creating an energy efficient home with things like Low E windows, a heat pump, large overhangs to reduce the direct sun exposure, large windows - many of which open to allow cross ventilation and reduce the need for air conditioning. We are very proud to represent Dutch Construction and have helped many happy clients with both renovations and new homes over the years.
