Sellers are always asking us if open houses are a necessary tool when selling their home. Years ago before we had the internet, open houses were the only way for buyers to view a home unless they were already working with an agent, and we found them to be very busy. Now with the popularity of the Internet we find most buyers looking online and we don't have the traffic that we once had.
We would love to hear from buyers in the Kelowna Real Estate Market to see if they find open houses useful. If you are buying a home in Kelowna do you go to Open Houses?
