Someone asked me this morning where the majority of our Buyers for Kelowna real estate come from. We have visitors on our website (www.stonesisters.com) from all over the world (China, Germany, Australia, Russia) but I was surprised to find that month after month, the majority of people on our site are from Calgary. In fact we have more people from Alberta on our website each month than from Kelowna.
This year we have had clients move here from a number of small towns in BC, 2 groups of buyers from Ontario, several from the Lower Mainland, and a tremendous number of buyers from Calgary and other towns in Alberta.
Of course there are still a number of people who move within Kelowna, and we love to help those people too.
Statistics show that over 85% of buyers begin their search online and they often begin their research up to 15 months before they move.
