December is what has been, statistically, the slowest month of the year. But not this December! Things are busy out there and the sales are still happening. There have been 100 sales so far this month between Peachland and Oyama on our mls system. Of those 55 were single family homes, 32 were strata properties, 10 were lots and 3 were mobile homes. 3 of the houses sold for over a million dollars and 18 were under $400,000.
